Shipping times provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Nuke Town Mercantile, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, regulatory requirements, background checks, or circumstances beyond our control.
Return Policy
Nuke Town Mercantile, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges on firearms, suppressors, or ammunition. All sales of these products are final.
Other eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided that:
- The item is in unused, resalable condition.
- All original packaging is intact and included.
- The item is accompanied by proof of purchase.
- The return is approved by Nuke Town Mercantile, LLC.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged or defective.
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
